ok so the firmware kinda works im not bios bricked or anything like that but when it booted it said there was no os or that it was broken so i tried installing the recovery and it installs and then i get the same message when booting and i dont have rw_legacy firmware installed after that so i dont know what to do please help

If your using RW_LEGACY, then that is a boot loader problem. Same thing happens on my Chromebook. Did you have to manually install the boot loader?

idk i just had the chrome os bootloader after running the script and i have the tpm 0x2b error nvram communication error and my fmver is 00000000 and kernver is 00010004
I am not sure then. Maybe try re-running the script?

Try making a ChromeOS Boot Drive. There’s an extension on the Chrome Web Store for that.
