I’m having precisely and exactly the same 4 device issues as you are, shown in Device Manager on my Asus Chromebook CX1700CKA running Windows 11 Pro 23H2. Only just installed Windows tonight.

I’m also having the same issue on my Dell Chromebook 3100 2 in 1. I am only having the Code
12 problem with the touchpad and touchscreen drivers. Hopefully someone comes up with a solution.

Same with me. I have a Chromebook CX1500CKA (dedede-Board) with Win11 and the touchpad does not work after installing the drivers which are recommended on the coolstar site. Error message ist like the one @Durell posted. As this problem seems to be more than one user problem any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

please don’t post multiple times about the same issue, it makes things difficult for the people trying to help

Be honest i do not see any solution for the moment for the issues (especially for the ASUS CX1500-1700 series). Probably there is a reason why so many posts with the same issue here. Do you have any follow-up for the issue:

  1. Touchpad - as i understand you are waiting for the feedback from Google. Is the any workaround right now? or we need to wait together
  2. Audio - installing the Coolstar SOF Audio make microphone and handphones alive, but speakers do not work for some reason. Snappy Driver installer does nothing for that. Do you know about the issue, and how to resolve it or probably you need more details?
  1. I answered that in the other thread:
ASUS CX1700CKA Touchpad error and unknown device

  2. I have nothing to do with and no idea about coolstar’s drivers. AFAIK they should auto-switch between internal/external when the jack is plugged, maybe check that?
