Hi,
So some months ago I have succesfully installed Windows 10 on my Yoga C13 Chromebook with Ryzen 3500C and everything worked fine. Recently I had to flush every personal file from the Windows, so I decided to reset my laptop to factory setting, Windows factory of course. After the reset I installed all of the drivers and again everything is fine excluding charging - it doesn’t charge at all using both USB-C ports, of course I checked the charger and clearly this is not a problem. I searched some forums and found topics related to EC driver faulty, although I installed it with the rest of drivers, tried to uninstall and install again, reset the chromebook by combination of esc, reset and power, nothing works. Should I boot Windows once again from BIOS or maybe back to ChromeOS? Im pretty much limited by battery life, so I would be grateful for some good tip. Thanks!
