Windows not working Kefka

System Details

  • Device: Kefka
  • OS: 22H2
  • Firmware Type: UEFI Full ROM
  • Internal storage type: eMMC

Hello. I recently, literally a week ago, flashed my Kefka (Dell Chromebook 11 2-in-1 3189) to full UEFI firmware and decided to install Windows 10 on it. The Coolstar website says it can install this operating system. I burned a USB drive, booted, and connected an external mouse as instructed in the manual, but I ran into a problem: my device doesn’t detect the USB mouse, meaning I can’t install or control the installer at all, neither with an external mouse nor with the built-in touchpad or keyboard. The Windows version I tried was 22H2, and I even tried tiny10, but it was no use. I burned the drive using the official Microsoft “Windows 10 Bootable Media Creator” and tried Rufus. The PC I used was running Windows 11. All ports are working properly on the Chromebook. For example, I tried Linux Mint, and everything worked fine and still works perfectly. But I prefer the simpler Windows. Other users have everything installed on this device, but I don’t. I’d be grateful for any help. Maybe someone has encountered a similar situation and can share their experience. Thanks in advance.
