I am trying to install Windows 10 (IoT LTSC) on my Acer C740 Chromebook (Paine), but the installer completely does not want to load whatsoever, it gets stuck on the bootscreen, and then it bluescreens with a DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG error. Am I doing something wrong or does the Windows 10 ISO I’m using not liking the firmware or hardware I’m using?
Have you checked whether the ISO boots on another laptop/PC?
It works fine on another Chromebook that I have (an HP 11 G5 EE)

Use a windows 10 pro iso maybe then
I’ve only installed windows 10 pro on this one
