Windows 10/11 driver PNP watchdog stop code

i tried to boot into both windows 10 and 11 installation media but both bluescreen during startup and give “DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG” for a stop code

if it helps im using an acer 15 codename sand with fedora successfully installed
