Windows 10/11 chrome

Most chromebooks don’t support windows conversion and some the drivers don’t work on them. Why is that

that’s empirically not true

that’s so vague as to be unanswerable

Chromebooks use different hardware than standard PC laptops, which means Windows drivers don’t exist for that hardware (or in the configuration used by the Chromebook). That means someone has to write custom drivers, get them signed, etc. To date, only one person has done that (coolstar), and it’s simply not possible to test the drivers on every single device.

But mostly, the problem is not with the drivers but the end users. Most people here are not technical enough to know how to troubleshoot basic Windows drivers issues, use device manager, etc. Then they come here and scream that the drivers don’t work, when they are missing half a dozen chipset drivers.
