Hi all, I need to update by 1.0.2 driver to the latest 1.0.4 but there is no download link in coolstar dashboard portal. Can anyone advise on how to do it? I’ve messaged coolstar with zero response, same with discord. I’m getting to the point where I’m going to initiate a chargeback as the current driver crashes my laptop almost everytime it goes to sleep (audio driver fault).
Go to coolstar portal , select purchased licenses, choose the driver you want and there you’ll find a Download blue button, that is the latest driver, btw I’m having issues with the latest driver so I’m sticking with version 1.0.3
