  • OS: ChromeOS
  • Firmware Type: Stock

Summary of the Issue

Hello, I would appreciate any help anyone can provide.I won two Latitude 7410 Chromebook 2-in-1s.

They have 10th generation Intel processors. Both have linked company accounts; I’ve already tried contacting the company and they haven’t responded.I wanted to unlock the Chromebooks to preferably install Windows. Is it possible to edit the BIOS file and remove the jailbreak to proceed with the Mrchromebox process? I already have everything I need for this, I just need to know what to edit and what to put in. I tried editing the “devmode” but it remains the same. Or if you could tell me where the original unlocked BIOS is located.I flashed a clean BIOS all at once. However, I can’t find it.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. I’ve already searched for BIOS files online, but the ones I found are for the regular model, not the Chromebook version.

Expected Behavior

I hope someone can give me some guidance on how I can make them functional again. Because they are still good computers. 10th Generation Intel.
If someone could provide me with a BIOS dump for them. Or if they could tell me another way to remove the account that actually works. I would appreciate it.

even if you can unlock, these devices are terrible for anything other than ChromeOS.

I don’t care if it’s with a Chromebook. What I really want is to make them functional.

leave them running ChromeOS

Yes, but I need Unlock

can’t help you there, that’s not what this project deals with
