I have windows 11 iso formatted onto a hard drive and it read it but its just stuck on "[WARN] Unloading existing “eFiFs NTFS driver v1.5 (GRUB 2.0) V0x10”
It will not install as i have given this plenty of time to do what it needs to do.
Have i done something wrong?

Why are you using grub to start the windows installer? Run it from boot options menu
known issue with current version of Rufus, it’s trying to unload/reload the NTFS EFI driver. Use older version instead until it’s fixed
Will i be able to use the tpm bypass on rufus?
yes. version 4.5 has the bug, 4.4 should be fine

a brick doesn’t power on and allow you to boot from USB
The chrultrabook documentation installing windows page also shows how to bypass manually, if needed

delete all partitions and install into resulting unallocated space. Window install 101
