I recently installed windows and its work fine but the trackpad is not working aslo after flashing that file provided in your website and the bluetooth is also not working and not showing in mainmenu i followed all process step by step i install c++ drivers first then all the rest needed but still not working
Share complete details, hwid, what you did, and what seems to be wrong, there are a ton of different devices, problems and solutions
99.9% of the issues people have with the drivers “not working” is their install missing basic system/chipset drivers which need to be installed via SDIO or similar.
Never faced ever a trackpad issue, but I have a ~50Gb offline driverback just in case 
I did all the the thing step by step which mentioned on your website to Install windows and everything worked properly after that i made windows installer usb and install windows on my acer chromebook plus 514 after the setup i install all the drive provided on your website for my device step by step but stll facing trackpad not working headphone jack not working bluetooth not showing
there is nothing on my website about installing Windows, other than don’t ask me for support in doing so. I just provide the firmware.
If you’re not Windows savvy enough to know how to look at Device Manager for missing drivers, use a tool like SDIO, etc. then installing Windows on a Chromebook is not for you. Installing the drivers provided by coolstar is not sufficient.
can I install audio driver without your paid drivers?
I have nothing to do with Windows drivers, that’s all coolstar. Did you not bother reading the post you replied to?
sorry for bothering you but actually I tried to install driver from other sources also for my device but failed that’s why I am asking for help if you are not able to help me then its ok but please don’t get angry for my silly question there are many users like me who want to install windows but not have knowledge about drivers they need a proper guide because the drivers provided on coolstar website are not sufficient
you are mistaken. if you want to use the built-in audio on your Chromebook, the drivers from coolstar are your only option. If others existed, why would coolstar bother to write custom ones and get them signed?
coolstars drivers work. you may need to install basic system drivers for you device in order for the custom audio drivers to work. that’s windows 101. installing windows on a Chromebook requires some basic knowledge of how to set up Windows in general, use of a driver installer like SDIO, etc. If you’ve never installed Windows before, this isn’t the place to start, or expect someone to hold your hand as you learn.
Now i understand everything thanks a lot i just need a only thing to know can i use the bt audio and wired headphones audio if i not installed the audio driver ? That’s it thanks a lot for your cooperation sir
BT and USB audio have nothing to do with the built-in audio subsystem
the built-in headphone jack requires coolstar’s drivers, just like the speakers and mic.
