Hi, first time post here. I have a Thinkpad C14 Gen 1 (PRIMUS) with Intel 1245U and Iris XE. Screen is just a regular panel.
I already made a Suzyqable and I’m planning to use Windows with this for work purposes, but what I’ve seen is that Thunderbolt and Audio drivers are under a paywall. Should I buy the drivers, is it just a one-time thing or do I have to re-purchase again if I needed to reset my Windows? I find the purchase method confusing and is also a sizable amount to pay with the conversion taken into account.
I honestly wouldn’t mind Linux (an easier alternative for me) if it wasn’t for Capcut (a regular for work) and so far there’s no other feasible/stable workaround to make it work under any Linux distro, so I’ll have to get stuck with Windows for this. I just need to make sure before I do the jump. Please advise.
