The keyboard backlight does not work

I have an Asus chromebook cm3401 with windows 11, also before that I had an Acer chromebook 514, and on both of them after installing windows, the keyboard backlight does not work, they are both on ryzen processors, so my question is - on chromebooks with ryzen processors, the keyboard backlight does not work at all? Is there any way to fix it?

On Chrome os and Linux everything works.

keyboard backlight works perfectly under Win11 on Frostflow here, you must not have all the required drivers installed

I have installed all the drivers that were available for my model on the coolstar website, there is a Chromebook keyboard backlight and Chromebook keyboard driver in the device manager, but the keyboard backlight does not work.

does Device Manager show any unknown devices / devices missing drivers? If so, you need to sort that out.

Yes, there is one unknown device, but please tell me how to solve it, I just don’t understand what kind of device it is

I found it, and it’s the AMD Virtual Button driver, although it’s strange why windows doesn’t automatically find this driver. Thank you for your help.
