Summary of the Issue

[I have an HP Pro C645 Chromebook Enterprise (Berknip) with 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of NVMe storage, and an AMD Ryzen 3 3250C 15W processor. A few days ago, I installed Windows 10 Enterprise; all the drivers work fine except for the audio driver (Coolstar ACP Audio (Ryzen 3000)). When I install that driver, it shows that the laptop has audio, but it doesn’t produce any sound at all. Similarly, YouTube videos (including ads) don’t play, and the same issue occurs with the Windows Media Player—videos play extremely slowly. I tried installing Linux Mint on this laptop and everything works perfectly; the audio does work there. The only issue is that when I put it to sleep and try to wake it up, it doesn’t respond as it should—it takes a long time to boot up again. Unfortunately, I have to install Windows for convenience.

I apologize for the long post, but I’d really appreciate your help.]
