Switching from Gallium to Debian on legacy device

Hello,

I have an Acer C13 (EDGAR) that I put GalliumOS on a while back (dual-booting with RW_LEGACY). I’d like to switch it to Debian now. Do I just need to use a bootable USB, or is there any prep work that needs done?

You should run the firmware utility script again to install full rom, you’ll need to disable WP first.

Is dual-booting no longer possible since it’s EOL?

It is not recommended to dualboot on EOL devices. You will only get support when using the latest uefi full rom.
