Sound not working on Windows (REDRIX)

Summary of the Issue

I bought my HP Dragonfly Chromebook from China. When i got it i’ve noticed that sound isn’t working. I opened device manager and saw that one of audio devices got error 10. I have tried reinstalling drivers that were on desktop but that didn’t help
