Sleep, hibernation and fastboot on windows 11 not working. Asus cm34 flip (chromebook)

Hello everyone, I installed Windows 11 according to the mrchromebox instructions (UEFI Full ROM).
When switching to sleep mode - the screen just goes out, when moving the mouse it turns back on.
When switching to hibernation mode - it turns off and starts only the second time, as after a reboot.
With fastboot enabled - the first time it is turned on, it freezes on the login screen, after a reboot it allows you to log in.

All drivers were installed normally, only an error with AMD Sensor Fusion Hub (failing to start) is hanging.

Please help me solve the problem. Thank you

that’s how Modern Standby works

When switching to hibernation mode - it turns off and starts only the second time, as after a reboot.

hibernation is not supported. Fast Startup should be disabled
