Select the driver to install

I make the bootable usb using chromes recovery utility, and when i load windows 10 on my dell chromebook 11 3120 (candy) it gives me the error stating “No device drivers were found. Make sure the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click ok” i put the c++ file and the drivers onto my usb its formatted to FAT32. Any fixes? ive tried numerous methods, none worked, i dont have a windows pc.

C++ files are source code, they won’t give you working drivers.

Read https://coolstar.org/chromebook/windows-install.html first.

the main issue is that you can’t use the ChromeOS Recovery Utility to make Windows USB drives. do as BluRaf said.

ive done every step, and i still get the popup, i dont have any other way to make a windows usb drive

could i use linux to install the media creation tool or rufus?

those won’t run on Linux. you’d need to either just use Linux, or install Ventoy.
