I purchased a driver in April, but I have not taken any membership after that. Therefore, it is not acceptable that a payment has been deducted without my consent.

nobody here can help with that, there is no team, only coolstar. email coolstar directly or go thru patreon. But if you signed up for a membership and didn’t cancel it, then that’s on you
