Good afternoon and Happy New Year! I’m having a problem with two drivers. I have an Acer Chromebook Spin 11 R751T-C4XP board (Reef). After following the Windows installation steps from the official Coolstar website and installing the drivers, I’m getting the following error with both drivers (please see the screenshot). I suspect one of the two drivers is for the orientation sensor.
How can I resolve this issue?

Thank you for your reply.The support link of coolstar jumps here.I tested the firmware of 2603 and 2606,Auto-rotation is not available on Windows, but normal on ubuntu.I saw that someone mentioned related problems, and you said it was fixed in 2603.How can I feed back the problem to the relevant personnel?
coolstar doesn’t provide support for the free drivers, it’s YMMV. Most people don’t have issues with the EC drivers, and lots of Redrix users here, so I’d hazard a guess that it’s not an issue with the drivers themselves but something else that’s causing them to fail
