Summary of the Issue

Very good, what happens to me is that I wanted to know if there is any other method to unlock a chromebook. I simply cannot use the normal method. What happens is that on the chromebook that I have the keyboard, some keys do not work and among them is the esc key and that is exactly what is needed to be able to unlock these devices. I already tried connecting a keyboard by cable but the developer screen does not load at all, that is why I came to ask for help. Do you know of any other method? something that can help me

It is an acer chromebook 15 model CB3-531
intel celeron N2830 processor

if you can’t enter recovery mode (in order to get to developer mode) and your end goal is to flash the firmware in order to run another OS, then your only alternative is to treat the device as bricked and follow the unbricking instructions on my site
