Hello everyone! I paid from Patreon, I bought a membership. I check it often in the license manager, but the balance is not loaded. What am I supposed to do? Can you help me?

The worst thing is that nobody answers, I sent emails to Coolstar, written through Disscord. There is no kind of answer.

I have the same issue… I keep refreshing the balance inside the account balance… it still won’t update… I check the email is the same email I use for both pateron and license page…

Same to me, an hour as passed and still no balance. I’m trying to get an answer on discord, i can see they are online but still no answer. I’ll wait a little longer then try with an email… i had to deliver this pc to the customer an hour ago… i’ll ask him to wait longer…

Same issue here. I have been hitting the refresh button many times since yesterday. Balance sadly still at $0.00.
I just backed on Patreon earlier today and have run into the same issue.

Same hear. I have message them severial times but i am not getting any response. What is happening, does it mean patreon don’t keep their expectation, and also when issues are raise the email does not give feedback. They should attend to issues like this with urgency if not it might raise an alarm of negativity on the site

The money finally arrived three days after the purchase. Perhaps the fault lies with Patreon.

Honestly speaking, it will be very difficult to rely on them in terms of business. Just imagine one have customer to attend to within 30 minutes or less one will loss it customers because of this kind of service. And if this kind of service is render as a means of unlocking iphones one will loss it customers just because they don’t deliver on time
I’m having the same issue as well, pledged on Patreon and the balance does not show up on my account, and even checking Patreon to check if I’m connected, I see the error:
“Uh-oh. Something is wrong with this token.”
I sent an email but judging by the responses that I see here, it looks like I might not get a response.

Same, here i have been waiting over 5 hours, Don’t know why it’s so slow now.
It’s was faster before, didn’t take even an Hour, at most.
and asking for support take days, even weeks.
