Osiris Acer Chromebook 516 GE Video_TDR_Timeout & Sleep Issues

After a clean install of Windows 11 (with all coolstar drivers + audio and usb4), using S0 (network connected or disconnected) sleep states the laptop wouldn’t go to sleep. It would try but the RGB keyboard would stay on and it was clear nothing was happening.

After some registry tricks I changed it to S3 sleep only, which (I think) the hardware supports because it went to sleep immediately after that; only it would BSOD in sleep and shutdown randomly. I found BSOD was the culprit because if you press the power button while awake and try to wake the machine, it would result in:

VIDEO_TDR_TIMEOUT
What failed: igdkmdnd64.sys.

This points to something wrong with the hardware, video driver, or voltages running to the GPU. Using DDU and reinstalling Iris Xe drivers do nothing. Reverting back to S0 solves the issue of BSOD but it means the computer can’t go to sleep.
