found a chip name giga device HJ2104 25Q127CWIG and Windbond 25Q80VDVIG
and the next problem is i cant clamp on to those 2 idk why

You have two options; solder cables or change the EEPROM of WSON to TSOP type
the run led is not on rn
chip clip not making good contact is the most likely scenario
not sure how it takes 4hrs to get to this point

as per above, it’s a WSON-8 chip, it’s not clippable
so ch431a clip is useless?
the ch341a is fine, a chip-clip for a SOIC-8 chip will not work. You’ll need a 6x5 or 8x6 pogo-pin probe, depending on the chip on your board
i have wson8 to dip8 but i have no heatgun and no experience in soldering and the probe cost 500 in my country so

Are you able to get a SuzyQable Adapter from where you’re at?
Why don’t you just remove the battery and go from there?
You can use cr50 unplug the battery or use jumper
there’s no battery on a Chromebox, which is why it’s not listed in the picture you posted
