Summary of the Issue

As usual,I install some driver from Intel for audio and Coolstar for EC Driver but after i install all of it,some of the driver actually work except Intel SST,Chromebook EC Audio,and I2C HID Devices

I expected the intel SST and Coolstar driver would work

you can’t use a modified OS stripped of drivers and then expect people to help you figure out what’s missing. We don’t support TinyOS for a reason. If you want to use it, you’ll have to figure out how to install the missing drivers yourself. And obviously, you need to install more than just the EC driver from coolstar.

Oh also,since i dual boot windows and debian 13,my debian also have problem,it doesn’t found max98357a on the kernel so i think for that,i just need to compile/make a custom kernel right?

custom kernels are not necessary on any x86 boards for functional audio. just use Weirdtreething’s script as per the docs

I’ve tried it already,it didn’t work,even with the bypass flag,still didn’t work cuz max98357a doesn’t exist on kernel or detected
