(I’m using a translator, I don’t know how to speak or write English.) Hello, I managed to BUY FROM https://coolstar.org/ install the sound driver on the 11th Gen paid sound driver, it worked like a charm on Windows 11. I’m supposed to buy the driver and it’s mine now, right? 
but it doesn’t seem fair to me that I can only use it once and that’s it, and it won’t work again even if I use the same laptop. I want to do several formats and tests, please know if there is a method or have I just lost my money? I try to contact support and they don’t answer.
