My Dell Chromebook 3100 is Dead

My Dell Chromebook 3100 has died out of nowhere, I’ve had it for a year and for 2 weeks it hasn’t turned on, not even plugged in and the LCD won’t turn on.

I have done a lot of research on what it could be and have tried all possible methods, hard reset, connecting it without the battery, disconnecting components but nothing has worked.

I had already booted it and had Windows 11, and before that I hadn’t had any problems, the battery was at 100% and I had turned it off as usual, it just stopped turning on and responding.

I hope someone can help me, I have a multimeter but I don’t know how to use it, if someone tells me what I should do that would be great, I’m attaching images of the motherboard.

(A note: When connecting the AC to the daughter board, the port that connects both boards gets hot, a technician friend told me that surely the daughter board is fine but the main one has a problem.)

I don’t know how you expect anyone to be able to diagnose this issue remotely
