Summary of the Issue

[Briefly describe what is happening]After going through all the hassle on Mr. Chromebook and finding my Chromebook was able to take Win 10 I get to installing windows and it can’t find the hard drive. After some research google is telling me mine is ARM and not AMD. I had looked it up and it said it was AMD. Can you tell me if it is or not and if it is AMD why it can’t find the HD. Chromebook Model-14a-nb0013dx- Device:[ChromeOS board name]DIRINBOZ-LIYT.

Thanks for any help on this.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior

[What should have happened?]

DIRINBOZ is AMD Picasso.

Windows not finding the hard drive means your install media was incorrectly created - this problem is asked weekly if not more often.

My install media was created as it was supposed to be. With Rufus and GPT-UEFI so that can’t be the problem. I have redone it several times and it is right. This has an eMMC drive not SSD could that be the reason?
