I have a Lenovo Yoga 11e Chromebook. I followed the documentation and youtube tutorials exactly to remove the chrome os, change the firmware, and install a linux OS onto my device from a live USB. I have tried LMDE, Debian, Puppy Linux, Pop OS, Gallium, Ubuntu, Xubuntu, Lubuntu, and Linux Mint. All of these are perfectly bootable. However, when I try to install the OS onto my hardware, the installer makes a little progress and then freezes all together. Does anyone know why this is happening? I’ve tried reinstalling the firmware and completely wiping the eMMC. Nothing is working. Please help!
