The driver installs successfully and the devices appear in device manager and the taskbar, but there is no sound output through either the 3.5mm jack or internal speakers.
Fixed with the latest firmware (02-19-2026)
I downloaded and installed all the sound drivers today, for my Lenovo Yoga C13 and had the exact same issue. There is no sound, but device manager shows it’s “working.” What am i doing wrong? I’m on win 11.

That’s the firmware i installed yesterday. You’re telling me to do the exact same thing again? I don’t understand how this will help.
For me, updating to the latest firmware immediately fixed the issue. I didn’t have to do anything else. Try reinstalling the audio driver and rebooting. If that doesn’t work then I’m not sure how to help.
yes, i did that right away before i found this page and no improvement. Perhaps windows 10 is the solution, but at this point I rather try my luck with linux. btw, i have the Lenovo Yoga C13 with ryzen 5 3500c.
no, it’s not. WIn11 works fine.
Either way, I have no sound.
