I’ve downloaded and installed all the drivers listed on the Coolstar website for my device. However, when I check the Device Manager, it indicates that some drivers are still missing. Additionally, my USB-A 3.0 port is not functioning, which leads me to believe this might be related to the driver issue. The device specifications do not mention a USB 4 driver requirement, but I’m wondering if that’s the reason why my USB-A port isn’t operational. Could I be overlooking something?
