Made a mistake while trying to install full UEFI firmware

Hi! So I made a stupid mistake while attempting to install UEFI firmware. I disconnected my battery to disable hardware WP and as I am going to use the script, and I get to the part where it asks me if I want to make a backup. I go to grab the cord that I use to connect my phone to my chrome book, the same one that is currently powering the chromebook, and I remove it before realizing my mistake. My chromebook seems to no longer power on. Is my chromebook done for or is there a way to fix this?

I ended up reconnecting the battery and plugging it back in and it booted again, for anyone who encounters this in the future

unplugging the device when it’s at the backup phase would only result in a corrupted backup, nothing else. it hasn’t even downloaded the UEFI firmware yet, let alone flashed anything

I have an HP 14a Chromebook with windows 10 but ever since I did a Windows update it shows blue screen anytime I want to shutdown ,what can I do to solve it and is it possible to reset it without xurrupting the windows on it.thanks
