Summary of the Issue

My previous CoolStar License Manager account lost access to my purchased SOF Intel driver license after my Patreon account was removed. Patreon instructed me to create a new Patreon account, but after doing so, the License Manager created a new account with no purchased licenses.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Purchased the SOF Intel driver through Patreon.

  2. Patreon later removed my account due to a security review.

  3. Patreon instructed me to create a new account using the same email.

  4. Created a new Patreon account.

  5. Logged into the CoolStar License Manager.

  6. A new License Manager account was created with no licenses, and my previously purchased SOF Intel driver is missing. (i will show proof if someone replies to me for that)

Expected Behavior

My previously purchased SOF Intel driver license should still be available, or my old license should be transferred to my new account after Patreon instructed me to create a new account.
