Define simple WP disablement method. And there are no 11" Chromebooks with NVMe storage.
Ok, so without NVMe. Simple WP disablement method for me involves unscrewing a screw or disconnecting the battery.
The table has details on the method of disabling WP for each device. In general for Intel 11" Chromebooks, Baytrail and Braswell uses the screw method, Gemini Lake use the battery method, and VILBOZ/VILBOZ360 are the only AMD 11" Chromebooks worth mentioning.
Apollo Lake Chromebooks have audio and microSD detection issues.
My advice is Baytrail and Braswell are both really old to be considering in 2024, and AMD Picasso Chromebooks (VILBOZ is one of them) have a edk2 limitation that prevents it from recognizing the internal eMMC (which may be a dealbreaker for you, it’s not completely the end of the world) so pick something from the Gemini Lake list.
Yeah look for geminilake.
