I’m wondering about the battery life given that it’s 4 years old now, perhaps around 4 hours? Also, during the firmware flashing process, will I have the option to back it up? Additionally, will the script automatically identify the device and revert it back to Chrome OS if I want to?

Thanks, found some other options for cheaper like the c436,CX3, and the hp pro c640 might get the CX3 since that extra power from a newer chip
