Hi, I paid for the windows audio driver for chromebook Samsung Galaxy Chromebook. It’s been working great. However, today, after some windows 11 updates, it no longer works. I looked into the reason. In device manager, CoolStar SOF Audio (WMW) icon has a warning triangle. Right click to see the property, it says:

{License Violation}
The system has detected tampering with your registered product type. This is a violation of your software license. Tampering with product type is not permitted.

Not sure what this means or who tampered with the product type. Perhaps it’s Windows 11 update?

It seems that people have a lot of trouble getting any support for coolstar here or anywhere. They have basically never visited this forum, but it seems like some people get a response via patreon or email
