I want to purchase an Audio driver for my Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 CB but on the available drivers for purchase my processor isn’t listed from the supported devices.
fix: use linux with weirdtreethings audio for free, and install wine and use windows programs there

I also like linux for a very good amount of reasons, but sometimes all your windows apps wont work through wine, wine is not always the solution, nor is linux, linux hasn’t matured as much as windows as a daily driver for many people, and sometimes there aren’t alternatives on linux to apps that people use in windows.

true, you are mostly correct, but imo linux has superior driver support. but still, getting off topic, so i should probably stop talking. but i do have one tiny complaint, I know its annoying and weird to setup (and tbh i havent even done it myself), but you can setup a vm and run windows in linux but at that point itd be better to dualboot (well until the “incident”)
