some time ago integrated mmc disk failed and now it freezes on boot rabbit screen

how to check it? what I can do to test and repair?

You have to replace the eMMC.

thanks, but why boot off SD-card do not work? it’s MMC also

because the drivers in edk2 are imperfect (and/or the SD card / card reader are not perfectly spec compliant)

SD and eMMC are completely different from an initialization standpoint
