I installed arch, I was recommended by a friend to go with gnome, launched up to the thing and it all worked! Then I went to command prompt to get neofetch cuz why not and it froze immediately after opening command prompt. I might have made a mistake but then I shut off my Chromebook by unplugging the battery cuz it was literally not responding and now it won’t come back on what should I do to make it more stable and get my laptop turning on. For those wondering, I have a CB315-3H acer Chromebook
Plug the battery if you can. If it doesn’t work either try reflashing UEFI firmware and not repeating your mistake or consider your laptop e-waste.
what mistake did they make? While unplugging the battery is overkill, it’s not going to cause the device to fail to boot unless they were not careful and shorted something in the process of disconnecting/reconnecting it
