Issues with raising Stoney Ridge CPU’s TDP in Tiny11

Well the header explains the situation, and I don’t want no “oh it runs bad anyway” It runs great-! It’s just this, my Lenovo 14e Chrultrabook has one issue, it’s CPU performance. The GPU’s better than the base A4-9120 (Radeon R3 Graphics) vs. My 9120C’s R4 graphics, but it’d be significantly faster if I raised the TDP from 6W to atleast 10W, I’ve already tried UXTU, the limits wont stick, and an older version of RyzenAdj (just to check, I know I have a Stoney Ridge CPU, not a Zen one.) and Smokeless UMAF. I’ve even tried to go into the normal Chromebook BIOS, the options for TDP limits and such aren’t there, could I get some help, just to see if there’s ANYWAY to do it? I don’t want to buy another laptop. As I already have one. I just want to keep using this one, as it has a shocking amount of battery life.
