I was thinking that a premade template for new threads would cut most of the support inquiries that have far too little information to do anything with.
Like, whenever clicking on “new post” in the support sections, have an automatic template as starting point, like:

Even better if the platform somehow makes it mandatory to follow the template. This might force lost people to at least make some research on what those even mean to fill them before asking.
Then, if the user doesn’t even know how to fill that, it’s clear that documentation wasn’t read carefully enough (or at all), thus reading it to find out how to make a post might actually answer their actual question automagically.
