Is the HP Chromebook 14a-ne0013dx supported on full UEFI reflash?

I have an HP chromebook 14a-ne0013dx with the Celeron N4120 (Geminilake) but it didn’t appear anywhere in MrChromebox.tech’s website. Unsure if it’s similar to BLOOGLET, LANTIS, or DIRINBOZ, i would imagine BLOOGLET since that’s the na0 variant, not the ne0 variant but both are geminilake. Is this device supported for the full UEFI reflash for linux?

the whole reason the supported device list says to use the board name and not the model is to avoid questions like these

I understand, but I don’t have the chromebook in my possession yet

I have also tried researching the board name but to no available. I would imagine that ne0 is just a regional variant of na0

we don’t recommend buying a Chromebook just to run Linux, but you do you.

All Geminilake Chromebooks are supported, so if it’s GLK you’re fine regardless.

Thanks for your confirmation!

I have another question: what should i do about the function keys? i know that ESC will work just fine, but I don’t know about the function keys and the power button when inside the system. will the keys be mapped to their functions, and how would i get F1-F12?

there are post-install scripts linked in the chrultrabook docs to help with keyboard remapping

and i imagine the write protect is unplugging the battery since it is supposedly a blooglet board (the ne0 series appears to just be a regional variant of the na0 series)

same as every other GLK device, yes
