i have tried to downgrade the version below 120 but It didn’t work. developer mode isn’t somewhy working, it lets me to press the enter developer mode in the recovery screen. but when I hit cancel in the confirm returning to secure mode, it flashes an other menu for a split of a second and then goes back to the previous menu. if I press and hold enter when pressing cancel it turns off and returns to safe mode. if you have a fix it would be awesome!
