I bought from the website Coolstar and I follow instructions, but one I try to run generate license program, the first step is to generate an unsigned license. After I got the location where I need to save it, I got the error. All firewall and windows defender are off, but I never got the file. Can someone help me with this problem
well, where did you try and save it? The most probable answer to “why did I get an error saving” is “you don’t have permission to create/write a file there”. Did you try saving it somewhere else, like your Desktop?
Yes I have try multiple locations and I have permisons to save, also I tried show hidden files and nothing
save it to the default location, which should be the folder you are running GenLicense.exe from.
Move the entire folder to your desktop if needed.
I already tried that still the error is present, I don’t know what to do now.
Should I try to create the file from another computer and then Install it on these one!?
that 100% won’t work, the file is generated unique to the device. I’m out of ideas, coolstar will have to weigh in
