Hi there, I recently bought a laptop on amazon with windows 11, I formatted it to install windows 10 but I can’t get the audio driver, it detects the Coolstar audio but with error number 10, maybe it works on it but I’m not sure. I downloaded a zip file from archive.org with an application called genlicense but it told me that my laptop is not a chrome book, I would like to be sure I can use the license for this driver, I can buy it but I don’t know if it will really work.
