I have a C738T (Codename Cyan) trying to get it to Windows 11, 10 if possible

Summary of the Issue

I try booting it into windows 11 (I can not get windows 10 for the life of me) and it reaches either 15% if I do the remove files option and 25% if I remove everything, after it reaches either percentage, it claims to have ran into a problem.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Full settup

  2. No Upgrades

  3. Run through to clear out either just files or everything

Expected Behavior

Should have booted into windows setup.
