Hi there, I hope I am posting this in the right section. This is the first time I am using a Chromebox. I bought this refurbished Chromebox from Amazon India. It came with Windows 11 pre-installed. However, I am unable to get any audio output via HDMI/3.5 mm port. I can’t seem to find many resources on why this is the issue or how I can fix it. I have tried contacting the seller, but there’s no response.
Could someone please let me know what I need to do to fix this issue? I also tried installing fresh copy of Windows from bootable USB, but Windows says it’s not possible to install Windows on this device.
Hi, I setup the audio drivers following all the necessary steps from the page including all necessary drivers, etc. The 3.5mm port is working. However, I have an issue with no audio over HDMI connection. CoolStar on discord said it should output audio signal via HDMI as well but no further respones.
