Summary of the Issue
Hello, I’m new here to Chrultra books, and I’ve been having a problem with my HP Chromebook 11ag6ee that I purchased. Basically, I tried to turn it on at first, and it wouldn’t turn on. I did the power Escape refresh, and it came up with please insert a Recovery USB stick or SD card. I put in a USB with the proper firmware. I used this one barla - Chrome OS Updates because the Chrome extension wasn’t working for this computer. It goes through the whole recovery process and then finishes, and then tells me to restart the computer, and then it just doesn’t restart. I have already tried power washing and disconnecting the battery.
please help
