HP Chromebook 11 G6 EE (Snappy) wont wake after suspend

I just updated to MrChromebox-2509.0 firmware today from 2503.0 with the Firmware Utility Script and has met some issues with it

Chromebook itself went into power cycle after changing settings inside “Platform Setup Menu”, this randomly occurs (cant find how it happened) and power + refresh can make it boot like normal again.

It also failed to wake up from suspend after updating to 2509 firmware, i am using arch linux and had updated all packages, when i either close the lid or going suspend manually with gnome, it just wont wake up. power + refresh also make it reboot and work normally again, this has been working on 2503.

i have tried to reset the options in Platform Setup Menu but has no luck.

Set suspend mode to S3 (not S0ix) in platform settings.

Switching suspend mode from S0ix to S3 fixed the wake issue, the chromebook still bootloops after changing settings (after clearing nvram) inside it and requires power + refresh, but does retain my settings so fine

what settings exactly? You shouldn’t have to change any of them

intel me and keyboard backlight on bootup, even resetting to default setting sometime bootloops it.
