Hi i just bought a hp c640 g3 from ebay but the seller didn’t specify that the device was enrolled in a enterprise that no longer exists (bpofit). Long story short i couldn’t log in, i have try a power wash, recovery from a usb, recovery from internet and disconnecting the battery to disable rw protect, as i see in the motherboard there is a screw holding the battery that is surrounded by white paint (almost like if was a rw protect screw) i remove it but didn’t work. Every time i try to enable developer mode it will try to enter to developer but when turning back on i only have the option to return to secure mode. If someone knows if this device needs to be jumped and where the location of the pins that need to be jumped it will be very helpful. O btw when i try esc+f2+power without the battery it will give me a error and won’t let me even ctrl d, after i replugged the battery then i can ctrl d. And one more thing when I’m in the welcome screen os chromeos i can’t get to the terminal ctrl f2 won’t show it.
